We respectfully only apply store credit for any returns. Items must be returned in original and unused condition. Please ensure that items are well packed, if product arrives damaged, store credit will not be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable and costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Store credit returns are not applicable after 30 days from receipt of order at your shipping address. Orders noted as final sale are non-refundable for store credit

YŌR bowls are only allowed to be used with heat or flame when accompanied with the metal insert. It is a wooden bowl, therefore placing incense burners, candles, smudge sticks, etc., directly into the bowls basin does create a fire risk. Even with the metal insert, please never leave a smoking bowl unattended.

All YŌR objects are made from Canadian hardwoods, as such will continue to change. Aging gracefully with the appearance of cracks and fading colour, a natural process of beautifully shifting energy. Please do not place in water or high humidity such as a bathroom, as wood absorbs the moisture. Each piece has been finished with an organic food safe wood butter which allows it to breath, so simply use a soft cloth to wipe away dust.
